Diagnostický průzkum objektu rodinného domu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem objektu rodinného domu Horní 15 v Brně. Stavebně technický průzkum bylo nutné provést, kvůli změně majitele domu a pro zjištění stavu pro případnou rekonstrukci. Součástí průzkumu je popis metodiky diagnostických prací na objektu a vyhodnocení průzkumu s výsledky a návrhem opatření. Výsledky hodnotí stav konstrukce a jeho dílčích částí.This bachelor’s thesis deals with technical construction research of the family house which is located in 15 Horní Street in Brno. Technical construction research had to be made, due to the change of the owner of the house and to determine the status for possible reconstruction. Research includes description of the methodology of diagnostic work on building and evaluation of research with results and draft measures. The results consider the state of structure and status of its component parts.
