Rodinný dům v Jemnici

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu v Jemnici. Novostavba je navržena jako třípodlažní dům se dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. Vstup do domu je orientován z východní strany. V této části je zádveří se schodištěm a s průchodem do chodby, odkud jsou přístupné obytné pokoje na jihovýchodní a jihozápadní straně a hygienické zázemí ze severozápadní strany. Z obytných pokojů je přístupná terasa s bazénem. V 1.S se nachází technická místnost, sklad a posilovna s WC a sprchovým koutem. Ve 2.NP jsou dětské pokoje orientovány na jihozápadní stranu, ložnice na jihovýchodní stranu a hygienické zázemí na severozápadní stranu. Svislé konstrukce jsou z keramických bloků HELUZ. Stropy jsou skládané z panelů HELUZ, na kterých jsou skladby podlah a střech. Střechy jsou se sklonem 1,66%.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of a detached house in Jemnice. The new building is designed as a three-storey house with two above-ground and one underground floors. The entrance to the house is oriented to the east side. In this part there is a staircase with a stairway and a passage to the corridor, from where romms are accessible on the southeast and southwest side and hygienic facilities on the northwest side. The living rooms have a terrace with a swimming pool. In the basement there is a technical room, a storage room and a gym with a toilet and a shower. On the 2nd floor, the children's rooms are oriented to the southwest side, the bedroom is on the southeastern side and the sanitary facilities are on the northwest side. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. The ceilings are composed of HELUZ panels, one the panels there are the floors and roofs. The roofs have a slope of 1.66%.
