dc.description.abstract	Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby rodinného domu na pozemku v meste Brno, mestská časť Líšeň. Pozemok je svažitý so spádom smerom na juhozápad. Objekt je navrhnutý ako dvojpodlažný, s čiastočným podpivničením. 1. NP je riešené ako spoločenská časť a 2. NP ako časť odpočinková. V suteréne sa nachádza technická miestnosť a sklady. Základová konštrukcia je zo základových pásov z prostého betónu. Zvislé nosné konštrukcie nadzemných podlaží sú z pórobetónových tvárnic Ytong zateplené tepelnou izoláciou Isover. Suterénne podlažie je zo strateného debnenia DITON, zaliateho prostým betónom a previazané oceľovou výstužou. Vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú riešené ako keramické Porotherm. Strecha je riešená ako jednoplášťová plochá strecha.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of my Bachelor work is the processing of the project documentation for implementation of a detached house on a land in the city of Brno, a borough of Líšeň. The land is a slopely towards the Southwest. The building is designed as a two-storey with a partial basement. 1.NP is handled as a social part and 2.NP as a part of relaxation. In the basement is a utility room and warehouse. Base construction is the strip foundation from the plain concrete. Vertical supporting constructures are from the aerated concrete floors blocks Ytong insulated with a thermal insulation Isover. Underground floor is from permanent formwork DITON which is drenched by a plain concrete and steel reinforcement. Horizontal supporting constructures are dealt as a ceramic Porotherm. The roof is a warm flat roof.	en
