Zámecký statek Únanov

Abstract

Tématem mé diplomové práce je architektonická studie územní části bývalého zámeckého statku Únanov. Součástí je revitalizace a rekonstrukce sýpky v kontextu nově navržených objektů s komplexním začleněním do okolní urbanistické struktury a řešením parteru. Hlavním cílem bylo prověřit možnosti prostorového a funkčního rozvoje této části bývalého zámeckého statku. Koncepce urbanistického řešení brownfieldu hospodářského dvora spočívá v rozdělení areálu do dvou bloků – směrem k hlavní cestě veřejně přístupný blok občanské vybavenosti, dál od hlavní cesty polosoukromý obytný blok. V diplomové práci jsem dořešila blok občanské vybavenosti - konkrétně jsem se zabývala rekonstrukcí objektu sýpky a jejím využitím pro ubytování, novostavbami zázemí pro fotbalisty, komerce, bowlingu a parkem mezi těmito budovami.The topic of my diploma thesis is an architectural study of the territorial part of the former Únanov castle estate. It includes the revitalization and reconstruction of the granary in the context of newly designed buildings with a comprehensive integration into the surrounding urban structure and the solution of the parterre. The main goal was to examine the possibilities of spatial and functional development of this part of the former castle estate. The concept of urban design of the brownfield farmyard consists in dividing the area into two blocks - towards the main road a publicly accessible block of civic amenities, further from the main road a semi-private residential block. In my diploma thesis, I completed the civic amenities block - specifically, I dealt with the reconstruction of the granary building and its use for accommodation, new facilities for football players, commerce, bowling and a park between these buildings.
