Realizace hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Novém Jičíně

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a popis stavebně technologické vybrané etapy hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Novém Jičíně. Obsahem je zpracování technické zprávy řešeného objektu. Dále pak zpracování technologických předpisů pro zdění svislých nosných konstrukcí a stropních konstrukcí. Pro tyto konstrukce je také řešen kontrolní a zkušební plán. Je zde navržena strojní sestava spolu s řešením bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Dále je zde vyřešena dopravní situace v návaznosti na zařízení staveniště. Pro vybranou etapu této stavby je zpracován položkový rozpočet a časový harmonogram. Práce je navržena s ohledem na ekonomickou a časovou náročnost stavby.The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design and description of the technologically selected stage of the rough top of the apartment building in Nový Jičín. The content is the processing of the technical report of the solved object. Further elaboration of technological regulations for masonry of vertical supporting structures and ceiling structures. A control and test plan is also being developed for these constructions. There is a design of a machine assembly along with a solution for safety and health at work. In addition, the traffic situation is solved in connection with the construction site equipment. For the selected stage of this building, an item budget and a time schedule are processed. The thesis is designed with respect to the economic and time-consuming construction.
