Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k provedení novostavby rodinného domu v katastrálním území obce Uherský Brod. Dům je samostatně stojící, dvoupodlažní a je navržen jako jednogenerační pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. První nadzemní podlaží tvoří společenskou a technickou část domu, druhé nadzemní podlaží plní funkci především klidové zóny. V přízemí se nachází garáž pro dva automobily. Objekt je založen na základových pasech, na které jsou osazeny krčky ze ztraceného bednění. Svislé i vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou ze systému Porotherm. Jedná se o zděný konstrukční systém. Zastřešení je řešeno plochou nepochůznou střechou, druhé ustupující podlaží je zastřešeno pultovou střechou ve sklonu 9°. Výkresová část práce je zpracována v programu AutoCAD.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to undertake a project documentation for the construction of a new single-family house which falls within the administrative area of Uherský Brod. The documentation explores a two-storey detached house suitable for four family members. The house has two floors, where each floor has a specific purpose. The first floor performs the social and technical function, whereas the second floor comprises the relaxation area. Two parking spaces are provided by the garage which is situated on the ground floor. The building is based on strip footings mounted by necks from lost formwork. Both vertical and horizontal structures are made of Porotherm structural brick construction system. A non-trafficable flat roof is chosen as a solution to the building´s roofing. The second recessed floor is covered by a shed roof that is pitched at 9 degrees. The drawing documentation of the thesis is processed in the AutoCAD software.
