Projektové řízení realizace historické stavby se současnými zdroji

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat návrh možného řešení realizace Cheopsovy pyramidy s použitím současných zdrojů a technologií 21. století. V úvodu práce je objasněno, co je řízení staveb, popsány základní předpisy a normy, smluvní zajištění a popsán základní princip realizace pyramidy. V praktické části je podrobně popsáno, jaké rozměry má nově realizovaná stavba, jaké technologie a materiály k této realizaci budou potřeba, nedílnou součástí jsou finanční náklady stavby respektive celého projektu a harmonogram postupu prací. Důraz je kladen na zařízení staveniště a na všechny návaznosti s ním související.The thesis sets forth a proposal for possible solutions in the construction of the Pyramid of Cheops using current resources and 21st century technology. The management of the construction, basic regulations, contractual arrangements, and principles are described in the introduction. The body of the thesis gives a detailed description of the dimensions of the newly constructed pyramid and the types of technologies and materials that will be needed to realize the project. Financial costs, scheduling, and the progress of the construction will also form as an integral part of this thesis. The thesis will also concentrate on the equipment and all related follow up activities.
