dc.description.abstractObytný komplex je tvorený ôsmimi bytovými domami, ktoré spoločne zdieľajú dvor. Schody a výťahy sú umiestnené medzi jednotlivé objekty. Tvoria súčasť poloverejného priestoru. Človek sa nestáva anonymný ako v priestoroch chodieb. Pred vstupom do bytu je človek v kontakte nielen so susedmi, ale aj s komunitou a ulicou. Fasády a vertikálne komunikácie neoddeľujú uličný a bytový priestor, ale fungujú ako postupný prechod medzi verejným a súkromným priestorom. Byty sa stávajú súčasťou ulice alebo dvora prostredníctvom balkónov. Kontakt medzi obyvateľmi sa postupne stupňuje. Byt- balkón- terasa- dvor. Dispozíciu si vytvárajú obyvatelia podľa svojich potrieb. Jednotlivé miestnosti sa vymedzujú priečkovými panelmi. Obyvatelia sa rozhodnú, kde bude priečka, či bude byt otvorený alebo delený na miestnosti. Byty dokážu meniť usporiadanie a veľkosť s meniacim sa počtom členov domácnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe apartment complex comprises eight dwelling units which share a common courtyard. The staircases and lifts are placed in between the individual objects. They are part of a semi-public space, so residents do not feel anonymous as in the case enclosed corridors. Before entering their flat, resident gets in contact not only with neighbors, but also with the community and the street. Facades and staircases do not split the street and residential space, but rather serve as a gradual transition between the public and private space. Flats become part of the street and the courtyard through balconies. The contact between the resident is growing: flat- balcony- terrace- courtyard. Disposition is a result of the resident´s needs. Individual rooms are defined using partition panels. Residents decide themselves where the partition is places, whether the flat is open or divided into rooms. The flats can change their arrangements and sizes depending on the number of household members.en
