Rodinný dům s prodejnou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s prodejnou cyklistických potřeb a servisem kol v katastrálním území obce Rozdrojovice v zástavbě rodinných domů. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, podsklepený, tvořený prvním a druhým nadzemním podlažím. K rodinnému domu přiléhá garáž. Rodinný dům je navržen jako jednogenerační (pro čtyřčlennou rodinu), garáž je určena pro jeden osobní automobil. Z obytné části je zajištěn přechod do garáže a prodejny. Nad skladem prodejny se nachází střešní terasa s přístupem z druhého nadzemního podlaží. Objekt je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu, nosný systém je tvořen keramickými tvárnicemi Porotherm, stropní konstrukce jsou z keramických stropních vložek a nosníků Porotherm. Zastřešení budovy je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Hlavní vstup do budovy je orientován na severovýchod, obytná část domu je orientovaná na východ, západ a jih.The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of a family house with a bicycle shop and bicycle service in the cadastral territory of the village rozdrojovice in the construction of family houses. The building is a two-storey basement, consisting of the first and second floors. A garage is attached to the family house. The family house is designed as one-generation (for a family of four), the garage is designed for one car. From the residential part there is a transfer to the garage and the shop. Over the store's store there is a roof terrace with access from the second above-ground floor. The building is based on plain concrete base strips, the porotherm ceramic blocks are made of porotherm ceramic ceilings and porotherm beams. The roof of the building is solved with a single-layer flat roof. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the northeast, the residential part of the house is oriented east, west and south.
