Energetické hodnocení budov

Abstract

V teoretické části bakalářské práce se nalézají základní pojmy energetického hodnocení budov a současně také základní vyhlášky a směrnice. Ve výpočtové části jsou specifikovány energetické systémy budov, stavební řešení a tepelně technické vlastnosti obalových konstrukcí. Dále pak pojmy jako je standardizované užívání budovy, potřeba energie pro jednotlivé systémy TZB, návrhy opatření a ekonomické hodnocení. V Projektu nalezneme analýza PENB, zpracované dílčí části energetického auditu a experimentální ověření reálného stavu budovy.In the theoretical part of bachelor’s thesis there are basic terms of building energy rating and also the main announcements and guidelines. In the computational part of bachelor’s thesis there are specificated building energy systems, building solution and technical characters of cladding. Also, there are terms as is standardized usage of the building, energy comsumption for individual systems of technical equipment of buildings, draft measures and economical rating. In the Project can be found analysis of PENB, elaboration of sub-section of the energy audit and experimental verification of the building‘s real condition.
