Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu. Dům je navržen jako podsklepený s plochou vegetační střechou. Stavba je navržena z materiálů typických pro naše území. Součástí je také seminární práce na téma jednoplášťové ploché střechy.
The topic of this Bachelor thesis is an elaboration of technical documentation for project of detached house. The house is a basement and it has vegetation flat roof. The building is designed with traditional materials typical for our territory. Part of this thesis is also includes a seminar work on singl-layer flat roof.
