Montáž halového objektu v Sudoměřicích

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat stavebně technologickou etapu hrubé vrchní stavby výrobně-montážní haly firmy PRIMARC s.r.o. v Sudoměřicích. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva řešeného objektu, řešení dopravních tras nadrozměrné přepravy, návrh strojní sestavy, zařízení staveniště, technologický postup montáže skeletu, položkový rozpočet, harmonogram, kontrolní a zkušební plán a plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi. V přílohách jsou obsaženy výkresy schémat montáže všech dílců, zařízení staveniště, výkresy bodů zájmů navržené trasy, dopravní a bezpečnostní značení, kontrolní a zkušební plán, harmonogram a položkový rozpočet montované haly.The bachelor thesis aids to describe the constructional and technological phase of the rough development of the Production and Assembly Hall of PRIMARC s.r.o. situated in Sudoměřice. The kontent of the thesis is the solid project’s technical report, the solution of logistics of the oversized transport, suggesting of the machine setup, the equipment of the construction zone, the technological method of prefabrication skeleton, the itemized budget, time schedule, the inspection and test plan and the site safety and health plan. In the attachment there are the assembly drawings of all components construction, the equipment of the construction zone, the drawings of point of interest for designed path, the logistics and safety markings, the inspection and test plan, time schedule and the itemized budget of the hall that is being constructed.
