Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou množství stavebních a demoličních odpadů na typových panelových domech. K analýze množství demoličních odpadů je využito rozpočtovacích programů, kde byl vytvořen zjednodušený rozpočet na novostavbu typových panelových domů. V rámci metodiky zpracování dat je navržena automatická výpočetní tabulka, která slouží k odhadnutí celkového množství demoličních odpadů a zároveň tyto odpady rozděluje na konkrétní druhy. Na závěr je funkčnost a praktičnost výpočetní tabulky ověřena na teoretické demolici dvou vybraných sídlišť v městě Brně. Součástí diplomové práce je také stanovení množství demoličních odpadů souvisejících s rekonstrukcemi bytových jednotek typových panelových domů.This master thesis deals with the analysis of the amount of construction and demolition waste on specific prefabricated houses. To analyze the amount of demolition waste, budgeting programs are used, where a simplified budget for new construction of specific prefabricated houses was created. An automated spreadsheet is designed as part of the data processing methodology to estimate the total amount of demolition waste and also to divide the waste into specific types. Finally, the functionality and practicability of the calculation table is verified on the theoretical demolition of two selected housing estates in the city of Brno. The thesis also includes the determination of the amount of demolition waste related to the reconstruction of housing units of standard prefabricated houses.
