Novostavba rodinného domu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby jednopodlažního částečně podsklepeného rodinného domu v Lesonicích. Objekt je navržen pro trvalé bydlení 3-4 osob. Rodinný dům je umístěn na mírně svažitém pozemku na okraji obce Lesonice. Součástí objektu je i garáž pro dvě osobní vozidla. Hlavní vstup a vjezd je orientován k hlavní ulici. Dům má půdorysné rozměry 16,59 x 17,47 m. Svislé nosné konstrukce 1NP jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic systému Porotherm, svislé nosné konstrukce 1S jsou pak navrženy z betonových tvárnic ztraceného bednění. Strop nad 1S je navržen rovněž ze systému Porotherm. Schodiště je řešeno jako monolitická betonová konstrukce. Objekt je zastřešen valbovou střechou tvořenou příhradovými vazníky. Součástí bakalářské práce je výkresová dokumentace pro provedení stavby, výkresy konstrukčních detailů, požární, tepelně technické a akustické posouzení objektu. Výkresová část byla zpracována v programu AutoCAD.The subject of this thesis is a design of new building family house with partial cellar in Lesonice. House is designed for three to four permanent resdents. The object is situated on a slightly sloping land on the outskirts of the village Lesonice. Part of the building is a garage for two cars. The main entrance is oriented towards the main street. Plan dimensions of the house are 16,59 x 17,47 m. Vertical constructions of first floor are made of ceramic bricks of Porotherm, vertical constructions of the basement are made of concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is designed using a technology of Porotherm too. Stairs construction is monolithic. The building is roofed by hipped roof with trusses. Part of the thesis is a project documentation for a construction including constructional details, fire safety, thermal engineering, and acoustic solutions. The project documentation had been elaborated in an AutoCAD program.
