Polyfunkční dům - technologická etapa spodní stavba

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší spodní stavbu polyfunkčního objektu, který je z důvodů složitých základových poměrů založen na vrtaných pilotech ve 3 výškových úrovních. Hlavní částí práce jsou technologické předpisy, zabývající se zemními pracemi, technologií provádění velkoprůměrových vrtaných pilot a na ně poté navazujícími základovými konstrukcemi. Dále je v práci řešeno zajištění a kontrola jakosti prováděných prací, jejich časová a finanční náročnost, návrh vhodných stavebních strojů a drobné mechanizace pro jejich provedení a také otázkou bezpečnosti práce. Zároveň je zde řešena organizace výstavby a návrh staveniště s ohledem na jednotlivé fáze realizace spodní stavby.This bachelor thesis deals with substructure of multifunctional building, which is based on bored piles in three levels, due the difficult foundation conditions. The main part of thesis consists of the technical regulations about earthworks, technology implementation of large-diameter bored piles and their base structures. It also deals with quality assurance of works performed and their control, their time and financial demands, design of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation and safety of work. Simultaneously the thesis deals with organization of construction and site design with regard to each phase of construction.
