Návrh na zlepšení firemní kultury

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou firemní kultury. Najdete v ní základní vymezení firemní kultury od nejrůznějších autorů a nejdůležitější teoretické pojmy. Analyzuje firemní kulturu firmy KAMPOS, s.r.o.. Pro průzkum stávající firemní kultury bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí problematických oblastí a návrh možných zlepšení či inovací.This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the problems of the organization culture. You will find there the fundamental demarcation of the organization culture from the assorted authors and the most important theoretic definitions. It analyzes the organization culture in the company KAMPOS, s. r. o. I used the interview for the research on the current organization culture. The conclusion of this thesis contains the summary of the problematic sections and the proposal of the possible improvements or innovations.
