Činnost realitních kanceláří

Abstract

Cílem práce je upozornit na nedostatečnou právní úpravu na současném realitním trhu nemovitostí, analyzovat problematiku ze strany klientů a porovnat výhody spjaté s obchodování s realitními kancelářemi. V teoretické části práce je čtenář seznámen se základními pojmy realitního trhu a jeho činnostmi. Zvláště zajímavé je porovnáním trhu s Velkou Británií. Část druhá navazuje případovou studií ve formě ankety, která zpracovává názor široké veřejnosti na činnost realitních kanceláří. Na základě výsledků ankety jsou navrhnuta opatření pro snížení nespokojenosti u klientů. V závěru práce je uveden praktický příklad poukazující na výhody získané spoluprací s realitními agenturami.The aim of this thesis is to point out the lack of legislation at the current local real estate market, analyze the issues clients may encounter and compare the advantages associated with trading in cooperation with real estate agencies. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of the real estate market and its activities to the reader. Its comparison with the UK real estate market is especially interesting. The second part follows a case study in the form of a questionnaire, which processes the public opinion on the activities of real estate agency. Arrangements are suggested based on the results of the questionnaire to reduce clients’ dissatisfaction. The thesis concludes with a practical example of showing the advantages gained through the cooperation with real estate agencies.
