dc.description.abstract	V této bakalářské práce bude řešená problematika tvorby cen a rozpočtů v stavebnictví. První část je věnovaná k seznámení se s terminologií, souvisící s tvorbou cen ve stavebnictví. Zde je zmíněný i teoretický postup pro tvorbu rozpočtů a kalkulací. Druhá část je věnovaná praktickému řešení dané problematiky, kde se sestavuje rozpočet na rekonstrukci administrativně – společenského centra v obci Unín. Nejprve bude definovaný současný stav objektu a následně ty časti objektu, kterých se rekonstrukce dotkne. Na základě projektové dokumentace a osobní obhlídky budou sestaveny 3 verze rozpočtů. Jako první bude vytvořený rozpočet v českých cenách, v programu Kros 4 a následně rozpočet v slovenských cenách, v programu Cenkros 4. Rozpočty budou mezi sebou porovnány a výhodnější rozpočet se dále bude optimalizovat, aby celková suma na rekonstrukci byla co nejnižší. Upravená verze rozpočtu bude následně porovnaná s oficiálním rozpočtem a stanoví se nejvýhodnější ponuka.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis will focuses with the issue of building prices and budgets in construction. The first part is devoted to the terminology associated with building prices in construction. Here is also mentioned the theoretical approach to budgeting and calculations. The second part is devoted to the practical part, which sets the budget for the reconstruction of the administrative and social center in the village of Unín. Firstly, the current state and consequently the things to be affected by the reconstruction are defined. Three versions of budgets will be prepared based on the project documentation and the personal survey. Firstly, a budget will be created in the Czech prices, the Kros 4 program, and then the budget at Slovak prices in the Cenkros 4 program. The budgets will be compared and a more favorable budget will be further optimized so that the total amount for the reconstruction is as low as possible. The revised version of the budget will then be compared to the official budget and the most advantageous offer will be determined.	en
