Príprava realizácie špecializovaného zariadenia Šamorín

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je spracovanie prípravy realizácie novostavby špecializovaného zariadenia sociálnych služieb v Šamoríne s kapacitou 30 prijímateľov, určeného pre osoby s neurodegeneratívnymi ochoreniami. Práca sa zameriava na organizačnú a technologickú prípravu stavby, návrh zariadenia staveniska a logistických väzieb, nadväznosť stavebných činností a voľbu hlavných stavebných strojov a mechanizmov s ohľadom na priebeh realizácie hrubej stavby. Súčasťou sú technologické predpisy pre vybrané konštrukcie – extenzívnu zelenú strechu a odvetranú fasádu – vrátane požiadaviek na kvalitu zhotovenia. Kvalitatívna časť je doplnená o kontrolný a skúšobný plán pre realizáciu zelenej strechy. V záverečnej časti je spracovaná špecializovaná kapitola venovaná možnostiam využitia IoT v stavebnom inžinierstve a návrhu konceptu teoretického prepojenia senzorických dát s BIM na podporu správy objektu a hodnotenia udržateľnosti pri výstavbe.

The aim of this thesis is to prepare the construction of a new specialized social services facility in Šamorín with a capacity of 30 residents, intended for people with neurodegenerative diseases. The thesis focuses on the organizational and technological preparation of the construction, the design of the construction site and logistical connections, the continuity of construction activities, and the selection of the main construction machinery and mechanisms with regard to the course of the shell construction. It includes technological regulations for selected structures – an extensive green roof and a ventilated facade – including requirements for the quality of workmanship. The qualitative part is supplemented by a control and testing plan for the implementation of the green roof. The final part includes a specialized chapter devoted to the possibilities of using IoT in civil engineering and the design of a concept for the theoretical interconnection of sensor data with BIM to support building management and sustainability assessment during construction.
