Realizace spodní stavby bytového domu

Abstract

Cílem a obsahem práce je stavebně technologický projekt novostavby bytového domu Rozhledna v Chrudimi. Práce obsahuje technologické předpisy pro zemní práce, Franki piloty, piloty CFA a základové konstrukce. Technologické předpisy jsou doplněny návrhem strojní sestavy, zařízením staveniště a kontrolními a zkušebními plány. Řešena je i bezpečnost práce, časový plán a rozpočet stavby. Důležitou částí je i srovnání dvou variant založení objektu z hlediska finančního a časového.The subjekt of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new residential building Rozhledna in Chrudim. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of earthwork, Franki piles, CFA piles and foundations constructions. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans. The author also deals with work safety, time schedule and budget of substructure. The important part is the comparison of two variants of the foundations constructions in terms of financial and time side.
