Abstract
Obsahuje mimo jiné části A – Průvodní list, B – Souhrnnou technickou zprávu, D – Dokumentaci objektů a odborné posudky z oblasti stavební fyziky, akustiky, denního osvětlení, proslunění a tepelně technického posouzení. Fasádní řešení kombinuje bílou silikátovou omítku s dřevěným obkladem aplikovaným na vybraných částech objektu a samostatně stojící garáže, čímž dochází ke zvýraznění jednotlivých hmot objektu. Návrh dále řeší základní technické systémy budovy, větrání, odvodnění a další stavebně technické požadavky související s návrhem objektu.
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new family house intended for multi-generational living in the settlement of Kordula, which is part of the municipality of Rešice. The documentation is prepared at the level of construction documentation in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. It includes, among others, Part A – Cover Sheet, Part B – Summary Technical Report, Part D – Building Documentation, and expert assessments in the fields of building physics, acoustics, daylighting, sunlight exposure, and thermal engineering evaluation. The proposal also includes a detached garage building intended for parking two passenger vehicles. The proposed building is situated in the settlement of Kordula, administratively belonging to the municipality of Rešice, in its southern part. The rectangular plot is located on the edge of the existing development and is characterized by a gently sloping terrain. The site is of an open character and currently undeveloped, while the surrounding development mainly consists of detached two-storey family houses. The placement of the building on the plot respects the urban context and the character of the surrounding environment. The main entrance to the building and the access road are oriented from the southern side of the plot, providing the primary access to both the house and the detached garage. The family house is designed as a detached building with two above-ground floors and one partially basement floor. The layout design is based on the requirements of multi-generational living and ensures functional operational relationships between individual parts of the house while maintaining a sufficient degree of privacy for its users. The floor plan composition of the building consists of two mutually shifted rectangular volumes, creating a dynamic spatial arrangement and enabling an appropriate connection between the interior and exterior. The architectural and layout design of the building respects the orientation towards cardinal directions and responds to the characteristics of the location. Most living spaces are oriented to the south in order to maximize the use of daylight and ensure a direct connection between the interior spaces, garden, and terrace area. Technical facilities, circulation areas, and selected living spaces are arranged with respect to the operational and spatial requirements of the building. The structural system of the building consists of Porotherm ceramic masonry combined with permanent formwork in the underground part of the structure. Floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is founded on concrete strip foundations designed with respect to subsoil conditions and terrain configuration. The building envelope is insulated using an ETICS external thermal insulation system. The façade design combines white silicate plaster with wooden cladding applied to selected parts of the building and the detached garage, emphasizing the individual volumes of the structure. Both the family house and the garage are covered with flat roofs. A green roof is designed on part of the building, contributing to improved microclimatic conditions and positively influencing stormwater management. The proposal also addresses the basic technical systems of the building, ventilation, drainage, and other construction-related requirements associated with the building design.
