dc.description.abstractV této práci se budeme zabývat finanční analýzou stavebního podniku a návrhem možných řešení k jeho stabilizaci. V teoretické části této práce se nejprve krátce zaměříme na základní problematiku makroekonomie, mikroekonomie, hospodářské situaci ve stavebnictví a především si povšimneme finanční analýzy podniku. Na základě těchto vědomostí budeme analyzovat konkrétní podnik a vyvodíme možná řešení umožňující firmě dosáhnout kladného hospodářského výsledku, či alespoň překonat krizové období. Pro finanční analýzu budeme v praktické části této práce využívat především horizontální a vertikální analýzu a analýzu poměrových ukazatelů účetních výkazů.cs
dc.description.abstractIn this work we will deal with financial analysis of construction company and design possible solutions for stabilization. In the theoretical part of this work we will first focus briefly on the basic issues of macroeconomics, microeconomics, economic situation, especially in construction and perceive financial analysis of company. Based on this knowledge we will analyze a specific company and will draw possible solutions enabling us to achieve a profit or at least overcome the crisis period. For financial analysis will be the part of this work used primarily horizontal and vertical analysis ratios and analysis of financial statements.en
