Energeticky efektivní rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší návrh Energeticky efektivního rodinného domu v lokalitě Brno Kociánka. Budova má přibližně tvar čtverce s výstupkem. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Dům má 3 balkóny a je zastřešen dvěma typy střešní konstrukce. Nad krajními částmi se nachází dvouplášťová střecha a v centrální části jednoplášťová s jedním světlíkem. V objektu se nachází jedna bytová jednotka a garáž.This bachelor thesis solves the design of Energy efficient house in Brno Kociánka. The building is approximately the shape of a square with a protrusion. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. There are 3 balconies and the house is roofed with two types of a roof structure. Above the outer parts there is a double-shelled roof and in the central part a one-shell with one rooflight. One housing unit and a garage are designed in the building.
