dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu. Objekt se bude nacházet v obci Jedovnice, ulice K Propadání, parc. číslo 2322/72, okres Blansko. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Rozměry v maximálním opsaném obrysu domu jsou 14,6x16.55 m . Výška hřebene je 7,23 m. Dům je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu C16/20. Podkladní betonová deska je vyztužena KARI sítí 150x150x6. Objekt je navržen ze systému Porotherm. Schodiště je železobetonové. Střecha domu je sedlová s keramickou pálenou taškou. Střecha nad garáží je plochá s povlakovou krytinou.cs
dc.description.abstractIn the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Jedovnice, K Propadání street, parc. No. 2322/72, Blansko district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.en
