Wellness centrum v Ostravě

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší návrh Wellness centra s pensionem v Ostravě. Budova má tvar písmene „V“ se zkoseným rohem. Část Wellness má jedno a dvě nadzemní podlaží, pension tři. Pension má celkem jedenáct bytových buněk, z toho pět je vybaveno balkóny ze železobetonu. Všechny střešní roviny mají spád 15°, jsou nepochůzné a ukončeny pultovou střechou. Nosný systém je podélný s příčnými ztužujícími stěnami. Celá stavba je tvořena keramickými tvarovkami. Objekt není podsklepen a je založen na základových pásech.The Master’s Thesis deals with the design of a wellness centre and guesthouse in Ostrava. The building is in the shape of letter V with a cut corner. The wellness part consists of one and two above-ground floors and the guesthouse consists of three. The guesthouse has eleven accommodation units. Five of the units are equipped with balconies of reinforced concrete. All roof planes have a 15° slope, are non-walkable and covered by a shed roof. The supporting structure is longitudinal with cross reinforcing walls. The whole structure is made of ceramic bricks. The building does not have any basement and stands on base belts.
