Abstract
Řešené území se nachází na nároží ulic Milady Horákové a Koliště v Brně. Objekt uzavírá nároží a doplňuje tak městskou strukturu. Výškově reaguje na okolní zástavbu. Provozně se jedná o výstavní prostory galerie architektury, designu a užitého umění. Část objektu slouží jako ateliéry pro umělce.
