Penzion pro rekreaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce Penzion pro rekreaci je zpracována formou projektové dokumentace obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený pension je umístěn na parcele 947 v Kardašově Řečici. Objekt je třípodlažní. V objektu se nachází 19 bytových jednotek,sauna, restaurace a posilovna. Konstrukční systém je navržen z vápenopískových cihel,předpjatých betonových stropních panelů a dřevěných příhradových vazníků. Vnější povrchová úprava je kontaktní zateplovací systém.The dissertation Pension for recreation is composed in a form of project documentation which comprises all the reguisites required by current regulations. The designed Pension is placed on the site numbered 947 in Kardašova Řečice. In this three-storey building,there is 19 housing units, sauna , restaurant and gym. Constructional system is projected from lime-sand bricks, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, wooden girder trusses. External surface finish of the building is contact thermal insulation system.
