Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Jedná se o novostavbu hotelu s restaurací pro veřejnost a saunami pro ubytované. Objekt je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku na okraji zastavěného území obce Rapotín. Objekt je podsklepený s třemi nadzemními odlažími. Základová konstrukce je řešena kombinací tzv. bílé a černé vany. Konstrukční systém stavby je zděný z vápenopískových tvárnic, suterén je zděný tvárnicemi ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy monolitické železobetonové a střecha objektu jednoplášťová plochá s povlakovou hydroizolací. Zastavěná plocha objektu je 940 m2.This master’s thesis focuses on the preparation of documentation for the execution of buildings. The project concerns a new hotel building with a restaurant and saunas intended for accommodated guests. The building is located on a flat plot at the edge of the built-up area of Rapotín. The structure includes a basement and three floors above-ground. The foundation is constructed of a combination of a „white“ and „black bath“. The structural system of the building consists of masonry made of calcium silicate blocks; the basement walls are constructed of lost formwork blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete and the building has a flat roof with a membrane waterproofing sytem. The built-up area of the building is 940 m2.
