dc.description.abstract	Předmětem projektu je novostavba rodinného domu v katastrálním území obce Lukov, okres Zlín. Dům je samostatně stojící v nové ulici, nejbližší zástavba je přibližně 50m vzdálena. Objekt je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Objekt má dvě podlaží, obě nadzemní. V přízemí jsou místnosti pro bydlení a sklad, v druhém nadzemním podlaží místnosti pro bydlení,technické místnosti a garáž. Střecha je šikmá sedlová. Dům má terasu z exotického dřeva přístupnou z obývacího pokoje. Stavební pozemek se nachází ve svažitém terénu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the project is a new building for housing in the catastral area Lukov, district Zlín. The house is a detached, first in new street. The nearest development is located at 50m far. It is designed for a family of four members. The building has two floors, both above-ground. Storage and rooms for living are located at first floor. There are rooms for living, technical rooms and garage at the second floor.There is a saddle roof. The house has an terrace made of exotical wood. It is accessible from living room. The building site is situated at inclined terrain.	en
