Dům s pečovatelskou službou, Veselí nad Moravou

Abstract

Projekt řeší novostavbu domu s pečovatelskou službou ve Veselí nad Moravou. Objekt má tři nadzemních podlaží a suterén. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou pečovatelské prostory, jídelní část a pokoje pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu. V druhém a třetím patře jsou ubytovací a společenské prostory. Suterén slouží jako technické zázemí objektu a skladovací prostory pro uživatele bytů. Konstrukční systém tvoří zděný systém z keramických tvárnic porotherm. Střecha je sedlová a nad částí objektu je plochá střecha s přístupem pro uživatele bytů.The master thesis deals with structural design of new building for retirement people in Veselí nad Moravou. The building has three floors and basement. There are nursing spaces, dining area and rooms for people with reduced mobility on the first floor. The second and third floor is used for accomodation and social activities. The technical facilities and storage spaces for flat users are in basement. The construction system consists of masonry system with ceramic bricks porotherm. The roof design is gabled and there is also a flat roof up on the part of building with access for flat users.
