Analýza skladeb střech

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je v první části seznámení s funkcí a druhy cen a nákladů. Následně jsou popsány základní postupy kalkulací se zaměřením na stavební výrobu. Druhá část se věnuje problematice jednoplášťových plochých střech s povlakovou krytinou z hydroizolačních fólií a asfaltových pásů, jejich technického řešení a analýze skladeb z hlediska nákladů objednatele. Na vybraných objektech z kategorie rodinných domů a hal jsou stanoveny rozpočtové ukazatele stavebního objektu a dále rozpočtového ukazatele stavebního dílu. Ke klíčovým položkám z hlediska finanční náročnosti jsou navrženy alternativy k dosažení úspor.The main purpose of this bachelor thesis in the first part is to describe function and types of prices and costs. Then there are described general processes of calculation with preoccupation on constructional production. The second part focuses on an issue of one-cover flat roofs with roofing coating of waterproof and bituminous membranes, its technical solutions and analysis of assemblies from the viewpoint of the costs of customers. There are several chosen objects from houses and industrial buildings, that serve as examples of setting of estimate index of construction item and estimate index of building element. Key items in terms of financial cost alternatives are designed to achieve savings.
