Projektová dokumentace řeší stavbu rodinného domu s kavárnou v Trutnově. Objekt je částečně podsklepený a má 1 podlaží v suterénu a 2 nadzemní podlaží. V suterénu je situována kavárna a zázemí pro kavárnu a garáž pro 2 osobní automobily. V prvním a druhém nadzemním podlaží je bytová část. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou.Project deals with the construction of the detached house with coffee bar in Trutnov. The building is situated partly in basement and has one floor in the basement and two floors above ground. In the basement is located a coffee bar and facilities for the cafeteria and garage for 2 cars. In the first and second floor is the residential area. The Building is covered by flat roof.
