Vliv stavebních detailů na cenu díla

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem výběru materiálů pro jednotlivé vrstvy podlah na celkovou cenu podlahy. V teoretické části jsou obecně definovány podlahy, jejich konstrukční vrstvy a využívaný materiál a dále základy oceňování stavebních prací a dodávek. V praktické části jsou navrhnuté skladby plovoucích podlah nad 1.NP, které jsou vykalkulované v rozpočtu. Závěrem je analyzování vlivu ceny vybraných materiálu na cenu navrhnutých podlah.This bachelor thesis deals with influence of material selection for individual layers of flooring on the total floor price. In the theoretical part are generally defined the floors, their structural layers and the material used, as well as the fundamentals of valuation of construction works and supplies. In the practical part are designed floating floors above the 1st floor, which are calculated in the budget. Finally, I analyze the influence of the price of selected materials on the price of the designed floors.
