Rodinný dům s veterinární ordinací v Brtnici

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je projekt vícepodlažního polyfunkčního rodinného domu veterinární ordinací v Brtnici. Dům je určen pro bydlení dvou čtyřčlenných rodin. Veterinární ordinace bude provozována majitelem. Hlavní vstupy do objektu jsou orientovány na severozápad. Dům má nepravidelný půdorys a je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jihozápad. Objekt je postaven z keramických tvárnic, kde svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří zdivo Heluz a vodorovné konstrukce tvoří předpjaté stropní panely Spiroll. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na dispoziční řešení, architektonický vzhled, statické požadavky a bezpečnost užívání.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a veterinary surgery, located in Brtnice. The house is intended for housing two families of four. Veterinary surgery will be run by the owner. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the northwest. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by saddle roof. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Heluz masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.
