Stavebně technický průzkum rekreačního objektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem rekreačního objektu před plánovanou rekonstrukcí. V této práci jsou navrhnuty a následně realizovány diagnostické práce pro hodnocení existujících konstrukcí. Byla vytvořena výkresová dokumentace a foto-dokumentace. Výsledkem je souhrn dat o mechanicko-fyzikálních vlastnostech použitých materiálů, návrh sanačních prací a doporučení pro plánovanou rekonstrukci.This bachelor’s thesis deals with technical survey of vacation property before scheming reconstruction. In this work there are proposed and subsequently implemented diagnostic work for the assesment of existing structures. Was created drawings and photo-documentation. The result is a collection of data on mechanical and physical properties of the materials used, design of remediation work and recommendations for the planned re-construction.
