dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nákupním managementem v oblasti stavebnictví a vztahy mezi dodavateli a odběrateli. V teoretické části jsou nadefinovány základní obchodní vztahy, výběr a způsob hodnocení dodavatelů, způsob jejich komunikace a důkladně popsán outsourcing a insourcing. Praktická část je souborem několika nákupních aktivit, které prezentují výhodnost dlouhodobých partnerských vztahů dodavatele s odběrateli. Výhodnost je posuzována na základě časové a finanční úspory.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with purchasing management in the construction industry and the relationships between suppliers and customers. In the theoretical part are defined basic trade relations, selection and method of evaluation of suppliers, their mode of communication and thoroughly described outsourcing and insourcing. The practical part is a collection of several purchasing activities presenting the advantages of long-term relationships with suppliers customers. Preference is assessed on the basis of time and financial savings.	en
