| dc.description.abstract | Řešená parcela vymezená ulicemi Benešova, Nádražní a Koliště je součástí okružní třídy nacházející se přímo v centru Brna v těsné blízkosti hlavního vlakového nádraží. Z větší části bude území využito jako park s budovou metropolitního významu podle návrhu studia RAW. Na podkladu jejich studie řešící dopravní zklidnění ulice Benešova a podzemní garáže situované pod větší částí řešeného území byl založen návrh polyfunkčního městského bloku v severní části. Funkční náplň vychází z analýz a souvislostí řešené lokality. Jsou zde navrženy tři základní typy funkčního využití – administrativa, bydlení a hostel – doplněné obchodním parterem. Brno je městem studentů, mnoho z nich zde zůstává i po studiích a zakládá vlastní podnikání. Navrhované kanceláře i byty, mají sloužit zejména těmto mladým podnikatelům a manažerům. Funkce nízkonákladového ubytování je zde navržena zejména z důvodu jeho potřeby (a současné absence) v blízkosti hlavního brněnského vlakového nádraží. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The parcel of land this thesis deals with is defined by the streets Benešova, Nádražní and Koliště and is a part of a ring road located in the centre of Brno very close to the main train station. A big part of the land will be used as a park with a building with a metropolitan importance according to the project of RAW studio. Based on their study dealing with limitation of traffic in Benešova street and underground garages situated under a large part of the land there is a proposal of polyfunctional city block in the northern part. The functional content is based on analyses and connections of the mentioned location. There are three propositions of possible usage of the city block – administrative, living and a hostel – supplemented by a business partner. Brno is a city of students and many of them stay in Brno even after finishing their studies and start there their own businesses. The suggested offices are meant mainly for these young entrepreneurs and managers. The function of low-cost accommodation is included in the plan mainly due to the lack of this kind of accommodation near the main train station. | en |
