dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu hotelu, který se nachází na okraji golfového areálu Kaskáda nedaleko Jinačovic. Jedná se o zděnou stavbu se dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím propojenými schodištěm, které tvoří chráněnou únikovou cestu typu A. Obvodový plášť je navržen z keramických cihel Porotherm T Profi, které jsou vyplněny minerální vatou. Hotel je rozdělen na tři dilatační celky – dvě nepodsklepená ubytovací křídla a střední podsklepenou část. V hotelu je navrženo 35 pokojů ve dvou nadzemních podlažích, z nichž dva pokoje v prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou řešeny bezbariérově, celkem tedy 63 lůžek. V prvním podlaží je dále vstupní hala s recepcí, restaurace, bar, varna a její zázemí. V suterénu je technické zázemí, posilovna, wellness, šatny, umývárny a bar pro wellness. Střecha hotelu je plochá, nad restaurací je terasa přístupná z apartmánů ve druhém nadzemním podlaží.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a hotel. The hotel is situated on the edge of the golf resort Kaskáda near to Jinačovice. It’s a brick building with two above – ground floors and one underground. There is the staircase in the building that creates protected escape route. The perimeter wall is designed of ceramic bricks Porotherm T Profi. They are filled – in by mineral wool. The hotel is divided into three dilatational parts. There are 35 guest rooms in the hotel; two of them are barrier – free, in total 63 beds. In the ground floor there are entrance, reception, restaurant, bar, kitchen with the background. In the basement there are technical equipment, a fitness room, a wellness, changing rooms, washrooms and a bar. The roof of the hotel is flat. There is the terrace accessible from the apartments in the second floor above the restaurant.	en
