Využití nástrojů projektového managementu v praxi

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice projektového managementu při tvorbě nové služby pro vybranou společnost. Služba bude sloužit zákazníkům a usnadňovat práci zaměstnancům s využitím teoretických poznatků, metod a nástrojů projektového managementu, které jsou uvedené v teoretické části. Analytická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti a analýzu současné situace. Ve čtvrté části je představen návrh pro realizaci a přínosy návrhů řešení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project management itself concerning the area of producing a brand new service for a selected company. The service will be useful for customers and make the employees`s work easier with the use of theoretical knowledges, methods and tools of project management mentioned in the theoretical part. Analytical part contains information about the company and analysis of current situtation. In the fourth part is introduced proposal for realization and the benefits of suggested solution.
