Abstract
¨Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu v Kudlově. Jedná se o dřevostavbu obdelníkového půdorysu se sedlovou střechou a pultovými vikýři. Objekt se nachází ve svažitém terénu. Suterén z tvárnic ztraceného bednění je částečně zapuštěný do svahu. Vrchní stavba je řešena jako dřevostavba rámové konstrukce s obytným podkrovím. Architektonickým řešením se stavba má přiblížit klasickému roubenému domku. Část fasády je obložena fošnami imitujícími prvky roubení a část je omítnutá. Sokl a zdivo suterénu je obloženo kamenem. Jako střešní krytina je použita umělá břidlice. Dům je určen pro bydlení dvou osob.
The object of this bachelor work is a new building of a family house in Kudlov. It is timberwork of a rectangular pattern with a saddle roof and desk dormer windows. The object is in a steep land. The basement is made of permanent shuttering blocks and it is partly embedded into the slope. The overhead construction is timberwork frame construction with an attic. The structure should be close to a classical curbed house from the architectural aspect. The part of foreside is facing with planks imitating components of timbering and the part is rendered. The plinth and the masonry of the basement are facing with stones. The roofing is made of an artificial slate. The house is calculated for two people living there.
