Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá srdečním selháním, jeho vznikem, symptomy, klasifikací, diagnostikou, léčbou a projevy v EKG. Praktická část se věnuje analýze 12svodových EKG záznamů z veřejné databáze MIMIC-IV. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout nové EKG markery pro detekci tohoto klinického syndromu a provést jejich statistickou analýzu. Součástí práce je rovněž analýza vztahu navržených markerů k progresi srdečního selhání.
This diploma thesis deals with heart failure, its development, symptoms, classification, diagnosis, treatment, and manifestations in ECG. The practical part focuses on the analysis of 12-lead ECG recordings from the publicly available MIMIC-IV database. The aim of the thesis was to propose new ECG markers for detection of this clinical syndrome and to perform their statistical analysis. The thesis also includes an analysis of the relationship between the proposed markers and the progression of heart failure.

Studentka prezentoval výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Prof. Penhaker se doptal na Coxov model a analýzu přežití. Ing. Němcová se doptala na využité data, využité markery a idividuální predikci pro pacienta.
Studentka obhájila diplomovou práci a odpověděla na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
