Sportovně relaxační centrum s ubytováním

Abstract

Novostavba Sportovně relaxačního centra s ubytováním je situována na volném pozemku v Blansku. Objekt je třípodlažní, částečně podsklepený. V přízemí je umístěna restaurace se zázemím, místnosti pro sport a relaxaci. V nadzemních podlažích je ubytování pro hosty s celkovou kapacitou 38 osob. V podzemní části jsou sklady a technické místnosti. Stavba je zděná z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické. Zastřešení je řešeno plochými střechami. Objekt je založen na základových pasech a patkách.The new building of Sport and Relaxation Centre with the possibility of accommodation is situated on the vacant site in Blansko. Under the three storey building partialy runs basement. On the ground floor is located a restaurant with facilities, also rooms for sport and relaxation. On the second and the third floor is the centre’s accommodation with a total capacity of 38 persons. In the basement are mainly storerooms and utility rooms. The building is made of ceramic bricks. The ceiling construction is monolithic and the building has a flat roof. The building is constructed on footing foundations and strip foundations.
