dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou (kadeřnictví) v Návsí. Rodinný dům je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku na okraji obce. Objekt je nepodsklepený se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je umístěna provozovna a vstup do obytné části. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Stavba je zděná z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, střecha rodinného domu i provozovny je sedlová. Součástí projektu je i řešení parkovacích stání a zpevněných ploch.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the new building of family house with workroom (hairdresser’s) in Návsí. The family house is located on flat land on the outskirts of the village. The building does not have a basement and has two above – ground floors. In the first floor there is a workroom and entrance to the living area. The house is designed for a family of four. The building is made of wall construction system Porotherm, the roof of the house and the workroom is gabled. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.	en
