Abstract
Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie podnikateľského zámeru pre založenie malej firmy podnikajúcej v oblasti informačných technológií. V teoretickej časti práce sú obsiahnuté teoretické východiská práce a vysvetlenie základných pojmov a konkrétnych metód. Výstupom analytickej časti práce je PESTEL a SWOT analýza spoločnosti a jej okolia. Práca by mala slúžiť ako pomocné vodítko pre zostavenie kvalitného podnikateľského zámeru z teoretického hľadiska.
The subject of this thesis is to develop a business plan for setting up a small company operating in the information technology field. Theoretical part of the thesis includes theoretical background and explanation of basic concepts and practical methods. Outputs of the analytical part are PESTEL and SWOT analysis of the company and its environment. This work should serve as an auxiliary guide for compiling a quality business plan from a theoretical point of view.
