Zdanění vlastníka nemovitostí

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zdanění vlastníka nemovitosti. Obsahem práce je neprve seznámení se s obecnými daňovými zákonitostmi, dále teoretická analýza uvedené problematiky a její následná aplikace na konkrétní společnost. Studie by měla poskytnout ucelený pohled na daňové povinnosti, které podnikatelskému subjektu vyplývají z vlastnictví nemovitosti.The subject of this thesis is the taxation of the estate owner. The content of the project is firstly identification with the general tax patterns, thereinafter theoretical analysis of the introduced issues and finally its application on the concrete company. The study should give compact view on the tax liability, as a result of the ownership of the estate.
