Rodinný dům je pravidelného půdorysného tvaru písmene L o rozměrech 15,26 x 25,04 m. Dům je jedno podlažní s částečným podsklepením. Vodorovné a svislé konstrukce jsou tvořeny systémem ztraceného bednění Velox, střecha je pultová jednoplášťová nesena lepenými vazníky. | cs |

The house has a regular L-shaped ground plan with dimensions of 15.26 x 25.04 meters. Projected house has one floor with partial basement. Horizontal and vertical structure consists of a shuttering system Velox. Single-aisle roof is carried glued trusses. | en |
