Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je domov pro seniory. Objekt je navržen na rovinatém terénu v katastrálním území města Přerova na ul. Dvořákova. Budova je určena pro trvalé bydlení starších osob, s možností využívat pečovatelské služby. Je zde k dispozici 25 obytných jednotek. Stavba je členěny na dvě části, obytnou o 3 nadzemních podlažích a provozní se dvěma podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je umístěna lékařská ordinace, a kavárna. Objekt je navržen ze zděného konstrukčního systému, keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce je provedena ze systému Porotherm Strop. Celý objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Domov pro seniory je navržen pro bezbariérové užívání.

The subject of the diploma theses is a house for the elderly. The building is designed on flat terrain in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořákova street. The building is designed for the permanent housing of the elderly, with the possibility of using day care services. There is a 25 residential units. The building is divided into two parts, three flors are supposed to living and the rest two floors made operating part. On the first floor there is a medical surgery, and a café. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm Ceiling. The whole building is covered with flat roof. Home of the Elderly is designed as barrier-free.
