Organizace zakázky ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis průběhu organizace zakázky ve stavebním podniku s využitím nástrojů projektového řízení. V bakalářské práci se prolíná teoretická část s praktickou částí, kdy nejprve je problematika vysvětlena teoreticky a poté prakticky na zvolené zakázce. Touto zakázkou je novostavba Živnostenského domu ve městě Hodonín, která byla realizována v průběhu roku 2011 a 2012 společností Stavební firma Plus s.r.o.The subject of my bachelor thesis is a description of the process of a bid organisation in a constructing company with using the tools of project management. In this bachelor thesis there is a combination of a theoretical part with a practical part. Both of them are linked together on the presentment of one chosen bid. This bid has been a new building of Zivnostensky dum in Hodonin, which was realised during years 2011 and 2012 by Stavebni firma Plus,s.r.o. ( Building Company Plus, Ltd).
