Vliv rozsahu rekonstrukce na cenu stavebního objektu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem rozsahu rekonstrukce na cenu stavebního objektu. Vliv rozsahu rekonstrukce spočívá v porovnání celkových vynaložených nákladů na mostní objekt při rekonstrukci vrchní části mostu s ponecháním hlavní nosné konstrukce a při rekonstrukci, kdy dojde i k výměně hlavní nosné konstrukce. Celkové vynaložené náklady jsou předpokládány na dobu 60 let.This diploma thesis deals with the influence of range of reconstruction on the price of building construction. Effect of the extent of reconstruction consists in comparing of the total costs of the bridge during reconstruction of the top of the bridge leaving the main structure and during the reconstruction realized with the exchange of the main supporting structure. The total costs incurred are expected for 60 years.
