Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce „Primární úpis akcií“ pojednává o specificích procesu emitování akcií na českém kapitálovém trhu. Práce obsahuje teoretický vstup do problematiky emisních obchodů, popis procedury emitování akcií v českém prostředí a její výhody či nevýhody.
This bachelor thesis: “Initial private offering” deals with specific conditions of making a public offering at Czech securities market. The thesis contains the summary of theoretical concepts regarding issues of securities, description of the issue and offering procedure in the circumstances of the Czech republic and its advantages or disadvantages.
